U.S. credit cards to accommodate universe standard

Travelers keep stating cases where American credit cards don’t work in Europe. European cards use chip-and-PIN EMV technology, while a cards have a captivating stripe. What’s a traveler to do?

Q: The problem for travelers is that American credit label companies have not offering EMV chip cards. Is that still true?

A: Since April, we’ve seen some-more activity. Several vital U.S. issuers have come out with EMV-enabled cards, including a U.S. Bank Flex Perks Visa card, a Citi Corporate card, a Chase JP Morgan Select Visa Signature and Chase JP Morgan Palladium card. Bank of America only announced it is switching a corporate cards over subsequent year. Wells Fargo is contrast one.

Q: Do we have to ask for an EMV chip card, or will your issuer only send we one?
